180 per Intake session

150 per Individual Therapy session

Insurance

Verifying your insurance is the responsibility of the client prior to sessions. I will also verify, however, in order for this to not be a hurdle to overcome, being proactive on your part is requested. If you don't see your insurance, please ask, and I can check with my biller as many insurances change names or are carved out from another insurance.

FLORIDA RESIDENTS: I accept several Aetna, Cigna, Optum (UMR/UMH/UHCand Oscar), Carelon, Tricare East and VA CCN health insurance.  I can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance.

TENNESSEE RESIDENTS: I accept several Aetna, Cigna, Optum (UMR/UMH/UHC and Oscar), Carelon, Tricare East and VA CCN health insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance.

KENTUCKY RESIDENTS: I accept several Aetna, Cigna, Optum (UMR/UMH/UHC and Oscar), Carelon, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kentucky, Tricare East and VA CCN  health insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance.

SOUTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS:  I accept several Aetna, Cigna, Optum (UMR/UMH/UHC and Oscar),  Tricare East, VA CCN and Carelon health insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance. 

IDAHO RESIDENTS:  I accept several Aetna, Cigna, Optum (UMR/UMH/UHC and Oscar),  Carelon and Providence health plans health insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance.  

CONNETICUT RESIDENTS: I accept several Aetna, Cigna, Optum (UMR/UMH/UHC and Oscar), Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon, Tricare East and VA CCN health insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance. 

MISSOURI RESIDENTS: I accept several Aetna, Cigna, Optum (UMR/UMH/UHC and Oscar), Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon, and VA CCN health insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance. 

TEXAS RESIDENTS: I am currently working credentialing with insurance. Currently accepting cahs pay or out-of-network with superbill for reimbursement.

Payment

I accept major credit cards. I require a credit card to be on file and active at time of therapy.  Should your payment be declined for any reason, no future appointments will be scheduled until unpaid bill is cleared.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your session, please make sure you cancel 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
